Frame Policies:

Purchaser agrees to drop-off flowers to our drop off location at 5180 Feigle Rd. Lockport, NY 14094 within 48 hours of event end. Purchaser agrees to keep flowers hydrated, as wilted ones will not press well. Purchaser understands that Frase Flowers will utilize the best-looking blooms from your arrangement and compost any leftovers. Purchaser agrees Frase Flowers will not return any unused material. Purchaser agrees Frase Flowers cannot return sentimental items left on the flowers, such as charms, special ribbons, etc, and that we can accommodate 3D items thicker than a wedding invitation or photograph in the frame. Purchaser understands Frase Flowers will permanently seal the frame shut. Purchaser understands fading and discoloration of pressed flowers is normal, as they are organic, aging material. Purchaser agrees that small bits of organic material is possible inside the frame. Purchaser understands the frame should be kept out of direct sunlight, humid/moist areas, or fluctuating temperatures for best longevity. Purchaser agrees to pick up frame within 3 weeks of confirmation that their frame is ready. Purchaser understands custom floral frame purchase is final sale and no refunds will be issued once purchased.
